High citations distinguish UOW researchers

Work judged by peers to be of high significance and value

Four UOW academics have been included as Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researchers, a respected global list of the most influential, based on citations recorded in Web of Science.

The 2017 Highly Cited Researchers from UOW are Professor , Distinguished Professor and Professor from the Centre for Archaeological Sciences, Faculty of Science, Medicine and Health, and Professor , from Institute of Superconducting and Electronic Materials, Australian Institute for Innovative Materials.

The list is based on authors’ publication of papers that rank in the top one per cent most cited in their fields over a recent 11 year period.

It reflects those researchers consistently making findings and producing papers that are judged by their peers to be of high significance and value in their fields.
