UOW School of Law’s outstanding rankings results

Law at UOW rises 12 places in international rankings list

The 精东传媒 of 精东传媒 (UOW) School of Law is now placed 78^th in the world following the recent release of the Times Higher Education World 精东传媒 Rankings by Subject.

It has been an outstanding year for the School of Law, which rose 12 places in the rankings.

On Wednesday, 6 November, Times Higher Education released rankings by subject in Business and Economics, Social Sciences, Law and Education.

UOW performed well in general, up a band in Education ranked 101-125, up a band in Social Sciences ranked 201-250 and down a band in Business and Economics ranked 201-250.

UOW Dean of Law Professor Colin Picker thanked all academics in the School for their vital contribution to the subject鈥檚 rankings success.

鈥淭he great result this year reflects the outstanding and improving research impact and engagement of the School of Law and UOW鈥檚 ANCORS research institute,鈥� Professor Picker said.

World 精东传媒 Rankings results are based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution鈥檚 performance across teaching, research knowledge transfer and international outlook.
