Five unique scholarships you can apply for right now

Making an impact on study

One of the biggest misconceptions about scholarships is that they're only for students who excel academically. In reality, this is furthest from the truth. UOW offers over 200 scholarships annually to students with different abilities, circumstances, and passions.

Most scholarships are general and open to a range of students, while others have more unique requirements to qualify for application.

In the spirit of new year/new me, we have rounded up five unique scholarships you can apply for right now. From social work and education to Indigenous empowerment and rural healthcare, there are many opportunities to assist your studies.

And if there isn't something here for you, don't worry. There will be plenty more opportunities throughout the year. Stay tuned on our social channels to keep up to date with the latest scholarship news.
